"At times the world can seem an unfriendly and sinister place. But believe us when we say there is much more good in it than bad. All you have to do is look hard enough. And what might seem to be a series of unfortunate events, may in fact, be the first steps of a journey. "

It's Raining Snow

Well if you guessed this blog would have something to do with snow, then pat yourself on the back; you are correct.

It's snowing! The ground is still too warm for it to stick though, so it's not accumulating. But when the temperature starts to drop later today, it will stick. I like snow in Texas. Why? Because it lasts for about a day or two and you can get all of the playing-in-the-snow out of your system before it melts. Any longer, and the snow turns an ugly brown and gets all annoying. My room looks out into my backyard and I pulled the blinds up from my window so I get to see all the pretty, fluffy snowflakes fall as I'm typing :)

I had a dream last night, but I can't remember it. I remember specifically waking up in the middle of the night, acknowledging that I had a dream and before I could try to remember what it was, I fell back asleep. Man, I hate not remembering my dreams. I think dreams are fascinating.

So amongst all the snow talk, I'm going to throw in some Spring Break news! This year, I'm going on my first Spring Break trip as a college student :) oh yes, the whole crazy ordeal. I am so excited. Kevin and I are going and his fraternity will be there along with some other people. He already booked our hotel and it's right on the beach. Ah, I can't wait. Spring break is just one of the many experiences I want to have.

Yay for snow. Yay for socks that go to my knees that have snowmen on them. Yay for sweatpants and UGG boots. Yay for big jackets and scarves.

bye!
