YAY AMERICA

Happy 4th of July! I hope everyone has a fantastic day. I personally can't wait to eat some of my dad's BBQ and go see FIREWORKS! they're the best :)

Although, I wish my boyfriend was here with me. He would like the fireworks and the atmosphere of the 4th of July festival my city always has.

Or, we could be on the lake of Lake Travis in Austin watching fireworks, that would be fun too. Maybe next year. I love him and miss him very much. Today is our 8 month anniversary...so I say the fireworks are for us too ;) hehe I can't believe it's almost been a year...it seems not that long and yet even longer than that! haha

I love being home though. Home is so relaxing and everything is FREE haha and I get to spend time with my best friend in the whole entire world. Haley came to Austin for a few days and we went to the TKE party, went to a natural spring called Hamilton Pool and went swimming, and hiked to Mt. Bonnell. It was a lot of fun and I loved having her company. It's very easy and real. I can be myself and say exactly what is on my mind. She knows me so well, its kind of scary.

Emilio got a new apartment since he will be staying here in DFW and I went to visit him yesterday. It's pretty nice! My friends are having a lakehouse party this weekend and I'm excited to see some familiar faces. Haley and I are going to get there at THE EXACT SAME time so we can arrive together, haha.

I think it's stupid when boyfriends are too busy to talk to you about your problems because a basketball game is on.
